Preparing Your Order
After an order is submitted, our team begins preparing the products for shipment. This stage includes order verification, packing, and carrier assignment.
- Orders received before 5:00 PM (GMT−5) generally enter processing on the same day
- Orders received after the cutoff time move into processing on the next business day
- Preparation typically requires 1–2 business days
- Business days include Monday through Friday only
- Processing times may increase during busy sales periods
Transit Time
Once a package has been dispatched, delivery generally takes between 6 and 10 business days.
Actual arrival dates depend on factors such as destination, transportation networks, carrier routing, weather conditions, and seasonal shipping volumes.
Shipping Costs
Carsien provides complimentary shipping for all orders delivered within the United States.
No minimum purchase amount is required to qualify.
Order Notifications
Customers receive updates at different stages of the fulfillment process.
- An order confirmation email is sent after checkout is completed.
- The order enters preparation and packaging.
- A shipment confirmation email is issued after dispatch.
- Tracking information becomes available through the carrier.

Delivery Networks
To serve customers across the country, shipments may be handled by different transportation providers depending on destination and routing requirements.

Tracking Activity
New tracking numbers do not always display movement immediately after dispatch.
Carrier systems may require up to 48 hours before the first tracking scans become visible. During this period, the package may already be moving through the shipping network.
Requesting Changes
If you need to update shipping information or request an order cancellation, contact our support team as soon as possible.
Once fulfillment or shipment has started, modifications may no longer be available.
Received the Wrong Item?
If an order arrives with a damaged item or a product different from what was purchased, please send the following information:

- A brief description of the issue
- Photos showing the product and packaging when applicable
