We want every Carsien order to arrive exactly as expected. If there is a problem with a product, or if you decide the item is no longer needed, our support team can assist with the available options.
When Can a Request Be Made?
A request regarding a delivered order can be submitted within 30 days after the package reaches its destination.
To begin, send an email to support@carsien.com and include your order number along with a short description of your request.
Before Returning a Product
Our support team will review the information provided and reply with the details required for your specific case.
Each request is handled individually because return instructions may vary depending on the product involved.
Condition of Returned Products
Products being returned should remain in the same condition in which they were received.
- Unused product
- Original packaging included
- Labels and tags still attached when applicable
- Accessories and supplied components included
After the Product Arrives Back
Once the returned item reaches us, it will be reviewed against the information submitted in the original request.
Following completion of the review, the appropriate next step will be taken based on the outcome.
Refund Requests
Approved refunds are issued back to the payment method used when the order was placed.
The time required for the transaction to appear may differ between financial institutions. In many cases, the amount becomes visible within 7 business days after processing.

Available replacement options depend on current stock levels at the time your request is reviewed.
Return Delivery Expenses
Shipping expenses related to returning merchandise are the responsibility of the customer.
Carsien does not apply separate processing charges or restocking charges to approved returns.
Need to Update an Order?
If an order was recently placed and requires correction, modification, or cancellation, contact us as quickly as possible.
Requests received before dispatch have the greatest chance of being accommodated.
Wrong Item or Shipping Damage
If the contents of your package do not match the order placed, or if a product arrives damaged, please send us the relevant details together with photographs showing the issue.
